AEROBAG VEST

Developed for 2 points seatbelts the innovative airbaginside is a new one of a kind invention patented by Helite. It has the shape of an inflated bag that will cover the whole upper body and wrap around the pilot’s head. The innovative airbag protects fully and effectively from frontal and lateral impacts because it enables the inflation of a very important protection volume with the use of a small gas volume. Indeed the protection volume adds up to 150 liters. This airbag protects from direct impacts with the ground or any obstacle, absorbs from shocks and distributes the forces of the impacts. In addition theairbag will maintain the head and limit the neck movements.

The airbagis integrated in a vest that is worn over the pilot’s equipment. The vest is automatically adjusted to the user’s shape because of the textile’s elasticity (important as well for the airbag’s deployment.)
The vest is equipped with two handles that will make it easy to Velcro on and off the garment. This airbag is very easy to install and use, it weighs less than 1.3 Kilograms (jacket, airbag, gas generator).
